The laser cleaning has the advantage of non-contact,non-grinding,non-athermic effect and suitable for any material,will be accepted the most reliable and effective solution. As well as the laser cleaning can solve a lot of problems that traditional cleaning can't solve.

For example, when the surface of the workpiece is stuck to submicron pollution particles, these particles are often stuck very tightly, and the conventional cleaning method cannot remove it, and the surface of workpiece is cleaned with nanometer laser radiation. As the laser is non-contact cleaning with the workpiece, it will be more safe to clean the precision workpiece or its fine parts and its accuracy can be ensured.2

Laser + inert gas, at the same time of laser radiation, the inert gas is blown to the substrate surface, and when the dirt is stripped from the surface, it will be immediately blown away from the surface by the gas to avoid surface contamination and oxidation again

After the dirt is loosened by the laser, it is cleaned by non-corrosive chemical. This is mainly used for stone historical relics cleaning.
